IMPORTANT:
■We are required by law to collect sale taxes from all Californian buyers.
■If you make payment via Paypal, your payment must be VERIFIED & your shipping address must be CONFIRMED, no EXCEPTION. Otherwise your payment will be cancelled.
■We do not offer shipping to third party for any reasons.
■If you place your order via Cashier's Check, eCheck or Money Order, your order may take up to 10 business days to process.
■Products purchased from ABM TRADING website may be subject to customs and export control laws and regulations of the United States and/or other countries. Prices do not include applicable taxes or duties. Buyer is solely responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duties. ABM TRADING will add sales taxes to the sales price where required by applicable law, and Buyer will pay such taxes unless Buyer provides ABM TRADING with a duly executed sales tax exemption certificate. If Buyer is required by law to withhold any amount of tax from its payment to ABM TRADING, Buyer shall promptly pay such amount to the appropriate tax authority and take all reasonable steps to minimize such withholding tax
■Due to several factors, canceling or changing an order you’ve submitted is not possible. Due to high demand for our products, a short time between when you place your order & when we ship it, we cannot accept cancellations. However you can return packaged items. Please see below for more details on our return policy.
■In order to qualify for return, products must be returned within 14 days from the date you placed your order (21 days for international buyer) in the original packaging, unopened including all promotion items. Product serial number must match our record. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Damage, missing part or opened package restocking fees may apply. You are responsible for & must prepay all shipping charges & you shall assume all risk of loss or damage products while in transit to ABM. We will assess 10% handling fee on all unopened return package plus our actual shipping cost for free shipping order. Opened return package will be accessed minimum of 20% or more. Engraved, customized products, software, CD or DVD are not eligible for return. All opened box, displayed units sales are final.
■All order placed on the weekday will be processed & shipped within 24 hours (except for Holidays) with tracking & delivery confirmation. Order placed on the weekend will be processed & shipped on the next business day.
■We work hard to publish information accurately, update the site regularly and correct errors when discovered. However, any of the content on our website may be incorrect or out of date at any given time. We reserve the right to make changes to ABM TRADING website at any time, including to product prices, specifications, offers and availability. We also reserve the right to revoke any product offer and refuse, reject or cancel any order at any time to correct for errors on ABM TRADING website. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is cancelled, we will issue a credit to the same credit card for the amount of the cancelled charge within 24 hours.
■We attempt to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. Different computer monitors display color differently, however, and we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your monitor will exactly match the color of the product.
■We do respect your privacy. Your information whether public or private, will NOT be sold, shared, exchanged, transferred or given to any other party for any reasons whatsoever without your consent, other than the express purpose of delivering the purchased product, or service requested by the customer.
■In the event you committed fraudulent activities on our website, your information may be shared with the law enforcement authority.
■You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at the ABM TRADING website.
